A 2-Hour Somatic Ritual Seminar Live in Ticino

Wise woman, sister, this is your invitation to step away from the demands of the outside world. A sacred space where nothing is expected from you except your presence. You do not need to perform, explain, achieve, or prove anything. You can simply BE.

Many women spend years caring for others while beneath that strength, there is a longing to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with something deeper. Today, we answer that longing


The Journey: Your 4-Pillar Sequence

• I. Opening & Ritual Arrival:
  The conscious shedding of masks and the artificial rigidity of everyday life within the circle of women. A ritual arrival where you are permitted to leave all your responsibilities at the doorway for two full hours.

• II. The Seagull Woman Meditation:
  A deep psychological, guided somatic trance journey into the untamed awareness of the female gull (Glarina) and the emotional depth of Lake Maggiore. A ritual resting of the wings upon the water to dissolve carried burdens into the womb of the lake.

• III. Embodied Ritual & Incense Clearing:
  Energetic and ritual clearing of the field by Nicoletta using handmade Hellenic herb blends with essential oils. The sacred connecting of hands to transform isolating protective walls into soft, unshakeable power
  

• IV. Sacred Phrases & The Crystal Offering:
  The passing of sacred words from woman to woman. To close the sanctuary, each sister steps forward individually to the altar center to ritually receive a crystal (for clarity) and a handmade incense blend to anchor the frequency at home.
